Kate is the head of our family law team and has been a partner of the firm since 1996.
Kate previously worked with a leading firm in Cambridge and has many years of experience of issues relating to divorce and separation, in particular the resolution of financial matters. She also handles disputes and claims against Estates and challenges over Wills. Kate is a member of ACTAPS (the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists). Independent research by the Legal 500 finds "Kate is well respected for contentious probate work".
