Kate is a solicitor in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team. Kate advises on a wide range of property litigation matters on behalf of property owners, landlords and tenants.


She joined Greene & Greene in May 2016 after completing her training with a regional firm and working for a Suffolk charity.  Kate has a degree in Politics and achieved her Legal qualifications as a postgraduate student at Nottingham Law School and the College of Law.


Kate is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Association of Women Solicitors, she specialises in a range of property litigation matters, including:


Residential possession claims;

Disputes over easements;

Serving of notices;

Breaches of leasehold and freehold covenants;

Dilapidations; and

Service charge recovery for both residential and commercial properties.


Following many years providing advice to clients at Citizens Advice Ipswich, Kate is now on the Board of Trustees.


Kate is a keen supporter of the community based Ipswich Film Theatre and also enjoys gardening and cycling.
