Mark is a solicitor in Greene & Greene’s company commercial team. He joined the Firm in 2010, having previously worked in Cambridge and became a partner in December 2012. 

 

Recent experience includes:

acting for The Vitec Group plc, an international provider of products and services for the broadcast and photographic markets, on the sale of its staging businesses in the UK, US, Mexico, Italy and Slovakia;

various distribution, licensing and agency arrangements;

•

advising on the UK aspects of a $57m disposal of a US owned engineering company;

planning and implementing employee incentive schemes;

the reorganisation and restructuring of family businesses;
