Our lawyers - Megan Radcliffe

 

Megan is a solicitor in our company commercial team. She joined Greene & Greene in January 2016, having completed her training at an international firm in the City.

 

Megan has also worked as an in-house lawyer at an offshore marine engineering company and she founded the education and training Community Interest Company, Law4NonLaw, whilst studying at the University of Birmingham.

 

Megan advises on a range of general commercial and corporate matters, including:

 

business purchases and sales;

reorganisation/restructuring;

commercial contracts;

corporate finance and fundraising; and

intellectual property.

 

Recent experience includes:

 

drafting terms and conditions for both trade and consumer contracts on behalf of international, national, and local businesses;

advising on aspects of a share sale of a local transport company;

advising a client in connection with the Data Protection Act 1998;

assisting on a construction dispute worth in excess of 30m between a design and build contractor and its professional indemnity insurers;

advising on coverage under a Design & Construct policy for a multi-national insurance group;

reviewing, amending and advising on various construction and engineering contracts, sub-consultancy appointments, collateral warranties and non-disclosure agreements; and

reorganising and restructuring a family business.
