Our Lawyers - Richard Hodge

 

Richard is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department and joined us in January 2011 following completion of his training contract at the London office of international law firm Hogan Lovells.

 

Recent experience includes:

 

•

Assisting the banking litigation team on the bank charges legal dispute, acting for 2 major banks;

•

Extensive preparation for and attending 2-week arbitration hearing in Singapore, representing a major energy company in a $200 million dispute over unpaid royalties and unlicensed use of confidential information;

•

Preparing for and attending 2 arbitration hearings in London, acting for:

- An Icelandic bank in a dispute with an agent over fees

- A major European transportation company in a dispute over a supply contract.
