Samantha joined the firm in May 2010 to work in the trusts and estates department.
Samantha is ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians) qualified and has spent 8 years in the tax department of one of the Big 4 accountancy firms, KPMG.
Samantha’s main areas of work are to include:

Administration of trusts, including preparation of annual accounts and tax returns; |

Advising trustees on the inheritance tax reporting requirements; and |
• |
Administration of deceased person’s estates, from obtaining the grant of probate through to distribution to the beneficiaries. |
