Selene is an employment law specialist. Her work covers everything including the following:

Comprehensive review of a company’s employment documentation;

Preparation of Directors' Service Agreements, including advice on restrictive covenants;

Advice about how to resolve a dispute between an employee and her manager, where the employee had gone off on long term sick

Maternity advice, covering provision of bonus payments during the maternity leave period;

Advising a director and shareholder of a company who was being exited from the company;

Providing practical advice about how to manage the departure of a senior employee from the organisation where there was a potential age discrimination claim;

Successful defence of an employer who, having dismissed an employee for gross misconduct, was sued in the Employment Tribunal.

Advice to an employee who was bullied at work, resulting in a tax-free settlement of over £130,000;

Representation of an employee who was unfairly dismissed from his employment, with the result that he would never again work in that industry. Securing a significant sum in compensation.
