We act both for sellers and buyers. Our team is lead by partners Chris Thomson, Neil Walmsley and Simon Ratcliffe, who have been selling companies and businesses based all over the country, in every sector, since the 1980s.
We work with agents, accountants and funds. We have experience of selling to every type of buyer, including overseas businesses, trade buyers, management teams, venture capital funds and private investors. We have bought and sold every type of business including start ups, growing businesses, technology, mature companies and distressed and insolvent businesses.
