Raising substantial new funding from High Net Worth Investors for refrigeration manufacturer Adande, taking advantage of EIS tax reliefs. Chris Thomson led this project, taking responsibility for investment advertisements and communications with shareholders and new investors, in addition to normal legal issues. |

Advising Exomedica on a successful multi-million pound fund raising and the investment of those funds in university medical spin out businesses in Sheffield, Oxford, London, Aberdeen, Bristol, Aberystwyth and Newcastle. Neil Walmsley led this work. |
