The successful pursuit of unpaid debts requires efficiency and tenacity but, above all, good communication. We have refused to follow the path adopted by our competitors in the field; of introducing a people free, mindless IT system of the type that frustrates us all when dealing with banks and insurance companies.

Personal service is provided by experienced lawyers. Much of the work has, for the past 21 years, been undertaken by Juliet Harvey, who joined us from the corresponding section of the County Court.
