Divorce & separation - Civil partnerships

Whilst still a relatively new area of law, the Civil Partnership Act came into force in 2005. We have already advised a number of separating couples and were assisting separating same sex couples prior to the Act within the existing law.

The law now is primarily based on that governing divorce and generally helps to make the process easier. We have the knowledge and practical skills to try and reduce conflict and resolve disputes.

But, if that should prove impossible we will give you the legal support you need to see you through.
