Early stage advice on the second largest wind farm in the world, examining compulsory purchase and route options for the onshore connection;

Advising farmers on issues arising from the escape of chemicals into local water courses;

Defending a waste disposal business accused of acting in breach of its licence; and

Acting for another waste disposal business in an action for professional negligence case against its former solicitors, the former solicitor having failed to transfer a waste management licence leaving our client with ongoing liabilities in respect of a site it had sold.
