Partners Michael Batty and Fraser Paskell are members of the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association (UKELA). They have each worked in this area for over 15 years.
Michael regularly advises clients faced with action from regulators and is currently defending prosecutions by the Environment Agency.
Fraser advises on the acquisition and disposal of potentially contaminated land, and clean up obligations. He is also a member of the UK Wind Energy Association and advises developers of both onshore and offshore wind farms.
