We act for non-residents and overseas clients, on a wide range of business, fiscal and personal matters.
We can help you in arranging the simple purchase of a house for your child while they are at University, to the more complex structures for the purchase of property through an SPV or other trust structure.
We understand and appreciate the reasons why non-resident and overseas clients, particularly in the Far East, may legitimately wish to buy property in England through an offshore company. We can also assist with trust arrangements to be put in place to protect the interests of the various parties, as well as the property interests, with tenancies and occupation agreements, and management agreements.
We have a number of contacts with law firms and accountants in the Far East and in the Caribbean; and with specialist tax practitioners in England. With their assistance in conducting appropriate due diligence, we can ensure that your affairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Andrew Kinnison worked in Hong Kong for 15 years, and understands from his own experience how hard it is to get a reputable firm to assist in buying property in England, as an expatriate. City firms’ rates may not be competitive, and they may not be interested in conveyancing matters. Elsewhere, firms do not necessarily have the experience or the familiarity with such matters to be able to provide appropriate assistance for non-resident or overseas clients.
