Acting for a managing agent of various certified energy efficiency schemes and successfully defending a claim for a sum in excess of £500,000 by a contractor and subsequently that contractor’s liquidator. Thorough preparation was instrumental in securing the agreed dismissal of this claim; |

Representing various clients facing Public Inquiries before the Traffic Commissioner in respect of their Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licences and achieving successful outcomes that avoided the curtailment or indeed revocation of those Licenses; |

Representing various clients being prosecuted by the Environment Agency in respect of offences contrary to the Water Resources Act 1991 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990; and |

Securing damages of £400,000 for professional negligence against another firm of Solicitors. |
