Michael Batty has assisted a Client to recover substantial damages from Suffolk County Council following a workplace accident that resulted in the Client’s leg being broken by a heavy roller. Liability in respect of the claim was initially denied but settled shortly before a trial. Likewise damages were agreed in advance of an assessment of damages hearing. |
