Greene & Greene are pleased to welcome Samantha Richardson to the Trusts and Estates department.  ATT (Association of Tax Technicians) qualified, Samantha will be working as a Trusts and Probates Administrator and having joined us after working in the tax department of KPMG we are sure Samantha’s skills and experience will be a valuable asset to the team.

Merger of David Roberts Domaines with Goedhuis & Co

 

Partner Chris Thomson has advised Master of Wine David Roberts on the merger of his business David Roberts Domaines with one of London’s leading independent wine merchants, Goedhuis & Co. Chris has acted for David Roberts Domaines since its formation in 2005. David will head up buying for the combined business and becomes a director and shareholder of Goedhuis.
