Chris Thomson, Neil Walmsley and Simon Ratcliffe have years of experience of working with businesses that develop and exploit new technology.
A case study that illustrates this is our work with client company Adande Refrigeration. Adande has invented a revolutionary, drawer based, fridge freezer. They were advised to work with us by one of their investors, a non executive director who was also involved with a quoted medical devices company for whom we had acted for many years. We have advised the Company on fundraising, exploitation and licensing agreements. Chris Thomson joined their Board of directors. The Company is doing very well; in 2010 it was named 'Worldwide Manufacturer of the Year" by the Food Consultants Society International. Turnover doubled in 2010 and is on course to do so again in 2011.
This is just one example of the kind of work we do. We are also working with cutting edge technologies in many fields, including renewable electricity, wireless home security and medical diagnostics.
