Estate Workshops 2018 - Ravenwood Hall

Following last year’s “Back to Basics” sessions this year we focus on two more areas of particular concern for both our clients and for the professionals who advise them: lifetime gifts and testamentary freedom. Both sessions are intended to provide the opportunity for attendees to engage with the issues under discussion.

Thursday 20th September

Lifetime Gifts and Asset Protection - Three Perspectives

Thursday 18th October.

Whose Will Should It Be - Testamentary Freedom and the Courts

In common with recent years we will be holding two sessions: 8.00 a.m. for an 8:30 a.m. start and 10.30 a.m. for an 11 a.m. start. Please let us know which session you wish to attend when booking.

Q and A Workshops

In addition this year we will also be holding two shorter workshops on both days if there is sufficient interest. These workshops will last around an hour with around 20 minutes of presentations followed by a “Question and Answer” session with members of Greene & Greene’s Private Client team.

On 20th September we will be looking at Inheritance Tax – the Building Blocks. On 18th October we will be looking at Lasting Powers of Attorney. These sessions will take place at 1 pm so a light buffet lunch from 12.30 p.m. will be available for those attending.
