Andrew qualified as a barrister in 1988. He then re-qualified as a solicitor, and joined City law firm Holman Fenwick & Willan in 1991. After working in the Hong Kong office of HFW for 15 years, where he was a partner, Andrew joined Greene & Greene in 2007.

Andrew is now admitted in England and Wales as a solicitor Advocate (All Higher Courts), and as a solicitor in Hong Kong. He is a full member of R3 (The Association of Business Recovery Professionals) and of the Insolvency Lawyers' Association. Andrew is also a member of INSOL.

Andrew has also provided seminars for a variety of leading firms of accountants. He has written articles for a number of international publications dealing with fraud and insolvency related issues.
