Juliet joined Greene & Greene in 1988. She deals primarily with family matters, including child related
disputes and financial matters. Recent instructions have included:
- Securing a father's contact with his children after a break of 18 months;
- An application for contact and parental responsibility with a child in a same sex relationship;
- Grandparents seeking contact with their grandchildren;
- An aunt applying for a residence order in respect of her nieces;
- Securing a change of residence of a young child from mother to father;
- Dealing with financial provision for elderly divorcing/separating couples;
- An application for shared residence to enable an application in Australia for dual nationality and Australian passports;
- Living together agreements;
- Cohabitee Disputes; and
- A variety of debt collection matters including bailiff instructions, charging order, bankruptcy, order for sale of a property.
Juliet is a:
- Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives;
- Member of The Law Society Family Law Panel;
- Member of Resolution (previously known as Solicitors Family Law Association) serving as a committee member for Cambridge & West Suffolk region;
- Director of a local refuge; and
- Committee member of CLEAR
