Neil works within the commercial property team, drawing on his wide experience of contentious and non-contentious issues. Recent projects include:

• Acquisition of investment properties for clients, including pension fund investments;
• Acquisition of prestige Central London headquarters for a well-known charity;
• Acquisition and disposal of a number of development sites;
• Assessment of property-related risks in relation to company acquisitions and disposals, including the firm's work in relation to the sales of Pelcombe Training Ltd & East Anglian Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and became a partner in 2002.
