Selene joined Greene & Greene in 2004 and became a partner in 2007. Selene has a master's degree in employment law and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. A confident speaker, Selene presents the Greene & Greene annual Employment Seminar.

Selene gives practical employment law advice to employers and senior employees about a wide range of issues which often arise in today's workplace. Recent work includes advising employers about how to manage redundancies, long-term sickness absences, disciplinary matters and also issues arising from claims of discrimination.

Selene also deals with the more contentious side of employment law and represents employers in the Employment Tribunal on a wide range of matters. Recent cases include defending claims of unfair dismissal, race discrimination and whistleblowing.

Selene will also draft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks and compromise agreements.
