We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team in our Bury St Edmunds office.
Your duties will be varied but will include:
- General day to day admin duties, including answering phone calls and emails
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Undertaking copying and scanning accurately
- Operating the switchboard, answering calls in a polite manner
- Undertaking reception duties
- Operating the Firm’s data management system.
You will have
- The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Good administration and Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in an office environment
- A good level of education, ideally to include GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- A professional and friendly demeanour

Hours and Salary
The salary for this role is £19,000 – £21,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
