Gemma is a Trusts and Estates Practitioner in our Tax, Trusts, Wills and Probate team.
She joined the firm in 2011 as a Legal Secretary within the private client team, having previously worked as a technician in a variety of laboratories. She qualified as a Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioner (STEP) Affiliate in 2018, and is currently studying towards the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
What can Gemma do for you?
Gemma assists with day to day administration of client affairs under deputyship orders and powers of attorney; preparing lasting powers of attorney; registering enduring and lasting powers of attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian; and the administration and winding up of estates.
What else should you know?
Gemma has lived in Suffolk all of her life, apart from whilst studying Forensic Science at the University of Lincoln. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with a good book or being creative with crochet.
