Kate qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and has been with the firm since 1994. She became a partner in 1996 and stood down from this full-time role in 2014 in order to become a Consultant in the dispute resolution team. Kate has been a full member of ACTAPS (The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) since 1998.

Whilst throughout her career she has worked in the field of civil disputes, Kate now only takes on cases involving issues relating to Wills, Estates and Trusts, drawing on a depth of over 35 years of experience.
What else should you know?
Handling claims, mainly in the High Court, Kate has recently been involved in the successful removal of an Executor, challenge to the validity of a will and the successful conclusion of a claim against Pension Trustees, all in multi-million pound Estates.
